I had a treatment with a fractional laser called DOT therapy 8 years ago and I ha an unusual reaction to it with prolonged hyperpigmentation and redness for almost a year . Had not done anything else to my face ever since . I am 51 great shape but the lower jaw area of the face bothers me since it started to sag. What would be the risks of developing prolonged hyperpigmentation after Microneedling with RF since I had the sensitivity to the laser which is also based on heat? Thank you
