Lumpy stomach one year post lipo - can this be fixed? (Photos)

Almost 1 year post op, and I have like a bulge on my stomach. well I been getting massages frequently the last lady I went to said it’s uneven lipo mix with fibroses. It just doesn’t seem to go away. Can this be fixed ? Please help!
