BBL - hard lump on right butt cheek. Is it fat necrosis? How can I treat this? (Photo)

I am 4 years post op BBL, I’ve recently developed this hard lump on n my butt cheek only. It doesn’t hurt at all. It’s just highly annoying and discomforting (intimate reasons) when I massage it it goes away temporarily but comes back. Sometimes it pushes so against my skin it started to look bruised almost and my skin color has changed on the area but again no pain. Can someone please tell me what it is? And how can I get rid of it?
