High platelet count - Is it still possible to have a Lipo360 BBL?

I did blood tests as part of my pre op and my platelet count was at 500. I then repeated it and it was still high at 470. I did a complete CBC and INR test and everything else was within normal range. Would it be safe to proceed with the procedure? My rheumatologist has already cleared me as I have nose vasculiies and take low dose maintenance prednisone for it. I have no symptoms and my blood labs are always perfect aside from the platelets.
