Two BBL's later and still don’t like the shape - can this be fixed with lipo? (Photo)

I’ve had 2 bbls, I don’t like the shape. I this something that could be fixed with just lipo? I feel like the top is just too round and it looks lile a potato. And the bottom creases are just flat..the crease goes straight across instead of there being some lift.
