Fat necrosis on buttock. Can this be removed? (Photo)

I got a BBL 11 years ago. I have fat necrosis on my right buttock. It has not bothered me till a few years ago. Thr plastic surgeon said its in the muscle. I got a MRI done. My question is will it be able to be removed. Is this bad that he wont be able to fix?
