Am I a candidate for full TT/or mini TT? Will J plasma in addition be beneficial? (photos)

You are a candidate for a full tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If a skin removing surgery is being planned then J Plasma/Renuvion is unnecessary. I'm an ardent believer that a full tummy tuck would be best for persons with your current anatomy: laxity and relative skin excess not just below, but above the belly button.

From your photos it appears you are a candidate for a standard tummy tuck. It does not appear that J Plasma would need to be added. The next step would be to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Thanks for the posting of your photos. I recommend a full TT with muscle plication with labial reduction. I do not recommend the J=Plasma since seeing so many post treatment complications from it in skin tightening, the FDA gad recommend not to use in any skin tightening procedures!. Fees in the $12,000 ranges.

Plastic surgeons SS patients based on standard pictures with patients standing up in an upright position. Everyone has skin laxity and skin folds in a sitting position so showing pictures with your hips flexed doesn’t help much.

Your side view just shows a bulging upper abdomen.

We really can’t make an assessment from those type of pictures. Look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures and take pictures like that.

Typically from about 8 feet away standing in a neutral position showing the front, side and back from your shoulders to your knees wearing undergarments.

You can also have in person consultations. Since you’ve had previous procedures you can always go back to surgeons you have a relationship with or a consult with new providers.
