I am a singer and have a big performance 20 days after my rhinoplasty... should I reschedule? (Photo)

I’m a lead singer in a band (I perform with my sister) and we have a huge opportunity coming up on August 25th. The thing is, I stupidly took an earlier surgery date for my revision rhino without thinking... on August 5th. And now I’m stuck in a hard place because my surgeon is booked up until April next year, which I don’t want to wait that long... BUT I’m also nervous about being super swollen or not being able to perform my best due to the healing process. What should I do??? Thanks.

Hi there! A second opinion would be worthwhile if you have concerns. At two months post-operative, you are very early in the process and changes will likely still occur. Using RealSelf or searching in Google would be good options. If you have a physician you trust, a word-of-mouth referral can...
