Most likely, you have fat, necrosis and scar tissue and this is unlikely to respond to injections with medication like anti-inflammatory steroids.
If the areas are concerning enough, then direct surgical excision is usually the only method.
Facial fat grafting is by its very nature, unpredictable, imprecise, and potentially unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
