30 year old facial fat transfer hard. Any injection to might work to soften it?

30 years ago facial fat transfers. I worked for that surgeon. Now the fat is hard and I'm 70 with thinner skin. Is there any way to soften this old fat injection. It's hard and looks like a lump in my nasolabial fold. Any injection that might work?
