Question

I got some cyst acne raised scars which my dr said it was sb hyper plasia so i got electric needle to zap them off. It's been two weeks and the scabs are gone, but i'm left with these dark purple redissh spots where he zap them off. How long is the heal time and what should I do if it last more than a month? SHould I get VBEAM or just wait it out? I'm putting silcone gel to reduce the raised bump and vitamin C serum to lightening but doesn't seem to make a difference.
