A full-face photo showing the cheeks and not smiling would be much more helpful. Generally, speaking, volume deficit in the cheeks contributes significantly to the development of smile lines. And this may be the case here, as well. Long gone are the days (except in the hands of inexperienced, novice injectors) of simply "chasing after wrinkles" by simply injected them; the results are usually unnatural looking. A robust HA volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC or a robust lifting filler, such as Restylane Lyft appropriately injected in the cheeks can not only result in a more feminine, heart-shaped face, but significantly diminish the smile lines. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
Hi, I’m Lauren, the aesthetic injector at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. Restylane Refyne is designed for moderate smile lines like the nasolabial folds or the marionette lines, and would be a good option for you based on your goals.
Hello and thank you for your question! Restylane would be a great option for the correction of your smile lines/nasolabial folds. While you wouldn't want to eliminate them entirely, utilizing products like Restylane Refyne or Defyne can help to smooth out the lines for a more even contour. At our practice, we always recommend starting out with just 1 syringe; don't forget it's much easier to add a bit more if you desire rather than have it dissolved.
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for submitting your question and photos. Dermal fillers such as Restylane are excellent options for treating the smile lines you’re referring to, known as nasolabial folds. These hyaluronic acid formulas can restore lost volume to create a smoother appearance with results that can last for up to a year or more, depending on the formula used. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector. They will be able to determine the best formula and dosage for you to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.
Thank you for your question. Looking at the photos you have provided I do believe your a great candidate for filler. I typically really like the Restylane products. There are different Restylane products for different areas of the face. Restylane Refyne is indicated to last closer the year mark and is great the the nasal labial folds. I would recommend starting with 2 syringes. I would suggest seeing a Board Certified injector to discuss your options as well. Best of luck to you.

Fillers do a great job to help soften the appearance of deep nasolabial folds. Restylane or another HA filler can be used to provide good results. Each injector may have a preferred filler for given areas. Select an experienced injector for your treatment.
Nice posted photos. Any HA fillers can effectively improve your NL lines. I prefer Juvederm family , longer lasting. You need 4-6 syringes . Best to virtual consult with… fees $2,000+

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Thank you for your question. I typically only inject Restylane in the tear trough area. I find it to be the best product with the least complications. I would suggest speaking with an experienced Board Certified Injector to help direct you. Best of luck to you.
