Good day, I am generally not a fan of dermal fillers for the area, but as a fat transfer recently failed - I am considering. I have very very fair skin and some hollowing with some slight wrinkling under the skin. A surgeon suggested that the original Restylene was least likely to cause the Tyndall effect. However, several nurses I know said that Beletero is a much safer alternative with the same longevity. I know that the risk also occurs from superficial injections. Thank you

Answer: Belotero is the most runny filler that is used clinically. That is generally not a good thing.
I'm sorry to hear of the numbness you are experiencing since your filler treatment. I encourage you to return to the injector to discuss your symptoms. She/He is most familiar with the details of the treatment. It may be recommended that the filler be dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Filler, PRP injections or lower blepharoplasty surgery are all options that can be used to treat this area. Seek a consultation with a provider to see what the best treatment plan is for your individual case.
