What is causing this lump and dark line after under eye filler? (Photos)

Question

I was pressured into under eye filler where the results were good the first 2 weeks, but then I noticed a lump near my lower orbital bone. I also now have a dark line down my tear trough that cant be hidden no matter how much concealer. What is causing this and how can I fix naturally? I do not want to dissolve with hyaluronidase due to a horrible experience with it in the past. Please offer both cosmetic and natural solutions!

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photographs. Sometimes when too much filler is injected or it is placed too superficially the result will be a bump. This can be dissolved easily. The blue lines might be the Tyndall effect; however, you will need to be evaluated in person to determine that. See an oculoplastic surgeon for detailed evaluation and proper guidance. Good luck!

An exam is needed to know for sure what is causing the lump that concerns you.  It may be filler that is too superficial.  If you do not wish to have the product dissolved it will be metabolized gradually.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your injector.
