Jowls; can anything be done to improve it's appearance? (photos)

Congrats on losing the weight.  Unfortunately this typically goes hand in hand with more drooping skin.  Keep in mind that once you reach your final idea weight, you should try to stay in a relatively tight range so that there are not significant flucuations up or down.  As far as procedures, I would suggest a mini facelift as an option.  A mini facelift (ie S Lift) specifically addresses the jowls and usually requires less downtime and cost.  Your neck appears to have good shape, so the necklift portion of a lower facelift can be passed on.  If cost were not an issue, you would probably benefit from fat grafting to your cheek hollows to balance the harmony of your mid and lower face.

I congratulate you on your weight loss. It is always healthier to maintain a good weight. A consequence of this is droopy skin on the face, resulting in jowls and loose neck skin. A facelift would be a great option to correct this. Just based on your photo, you appear to have good bone structure which would make a facelift result look great. Tightening the muscle under the skin, known as the SMAS, will help redefine your cheeks. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. I wish you the best.

Its difficult to determined by the picture
you post if surgery is recommended in your case. More pictures in different position need to
be evaluated but if we determined that surgery is not recommended jet may be
skin tighten procedures as termage can be a good option for you after your weigh loss

Thanks for posting your questions and photo. In my opinion it looks like you do have excess skin from weight loss and normal aging. It also appears you may have excess buccal fat. An exam in person is required to make a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. That said I would be inclined to say a lower facelift and possible buccal fat reduction would be recommended. Please consult with a few board certified and experienced surgeons.  

Liposuction of the jawline/neck is easy to undergo for roughly $2750 on special under local and a medium face TCA chemical peel $750-1500 would make to whole face look better.

You should be seen by a plastic surgeon.  You may not need a procedure for jowls, but buccal fat removal.  Once you are examined, the plastic surgeon will be able to tell you what your best options are.

Please seek an in person consultation, you may be a candidate for simple liposuction of the area.
