Hip shape change one year after Lipo 360 - how can I change my hips back to the original shape? (Photos)

I want to cry I am so unhappy with this change, please help with best suggestions. I had lipo 360 approx one year ag. I naturally have s smaller waist and wide hips. After lipo 360 my shape has changed what can I do to correct my hips back to their natural shape please help
