Revision using the same entry points - Can a cannula entered at the hip reach the thoracic spine? (Photos)

I had liposuction of the flanks, arms, and upper back in August 2025. Unfortunately the results are very subtle, and i think the waist rolls weren’t touched at all. Im wondering if i go back, can the next surgeon use the same entry points to reach all the areas I need to treat. Specifically, the circled entry point on the hips-—can a cannula reach from there all the way up to the spine above the waist, and take out that waist handle (also circled) the process? It seems like it would have to curve around the hip a little bit to get there. I’m trying to avoid more entry points because they can scar (as you see here).
