How can I fix the adhesion and contour irregularities from liposuction? (Photos)

I had liposuction six months ago and developed an adhesion underneath my belly button from a tight garment. I’m also unhappy about the appearance and contour regularities. What can be done to fix the adhesion under the belly button where my skin is stuck to the underl tissue (see side photo) and is there anything that can be done to non-invasively smooth the lumpiness?
