I went for post op check at 8 days my stitches had not dissolved... The dr removed them and said to keep ointment and hydrogen peroxide on for next 4 days... It has now been 3 weeks and the incision has healed except I have large raised bumps under skin... The skin around these have burned brown... Is this normal healing? I was also told to gently massage the lumps which I have done but they are still very present.... Could I be someone where the stitches didn't dissolve under the skin?
