I am female and I have a barrel chest from having severe asthma as an infant. While my asthma is completely gone, I am left with a very manly chest because the roundness flattens my breasts out. Overall, my body is slim but my ribs are disproportionately large. While I am aware I'm lucky this is all purely cosmetic and doesn't affect my physical health, I am wondering if there are options for me? Are there braces out there for this, and if so, is 22 to old to get any benefit from them?

Answer: Chest wall abnormalities can sometimes be corrected by breast augmentation.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there are no topical creams, chemicals, exercises, pumps, etc that will permanently enlarge the breast. Breast augmentation surgery is the safest, most reliable way to enlarge the breasts.Good luck!
No. As long as you are in good health and understand the risks and benefits of the procedure you are as good a candidate as anyone 20 or more years younger.
You have a fabulous result in your photos. I caution you in that you would need to balance your desire to go smaller with possible sagging and scaring. Your present implant appears to fit your body habitus fairly well. Reconsider....Good luck and be well.
