3 weeks after rhinoplasty is very early in the healing process after rhinoplasty. The nose continues to change with time. Generally, patients are advised to wait several months, if not at least one year, before considering revision surgery.  Thanks much for reaching out. I do see what you were describing. There's a chance that there may still be some residual bone that needs to be taken away. However I would caution about doing this too soon. I would wait at least six months after original surgery to consider ever vision.  Hope this helps :-) 

Thanks for your question. If the bridge was straight when the cast was taken off, then this is likely swelling related. If it persists over the next few weeks, a small injectable steroid can be used to decrease swelling more quickly.  It's normal to have swelling that persists up to one year for primary rhinoplasty. Good luck! 

Some of what you see may be swelling, but it may not get any better. Time will tell.  If at a year it is still there, then it is possible that a small procedure to rasp it down may be necessary.
