Nose job and some questions (Photos)

Question

The last photo I posted is how I would like my nose to look. Besides having the snapchat filter on slimming my nose and face, I push my nose down in photos for it to appear longer and slimmer, but when I do, the bone on the sides of my nose is very prominent. Is there a certain procedure that would work best for me? I prev. posted about the area around my mouth, idk what could be done about this but I hate the smile lines and to me it just looks awful with how deep the corners of my mouth are.

A  closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish  narrowing the nasal bridge line, narrowing the tip, and shaving down the slight  dorsal hump. To narrow the nasal bones requires osteotomies placed in them.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.
