Can an onlay graft be composed of partial rib cartilage to augment the nasofrontal angle and build up the bony base, while ear and septal is used to rebuild the upper lateral cartilages? I want rib to be used only on the upper vault; what are the ways that surgeons can fixate the graft to prevent mobility and warping? Can microscrews be applied at the gabella to anchor the coastal graft?
