Hii I Am 30 Years Old, My Eyesight is +3.0 and +3.25 Can Lasik Be Performed?

Unlike nearsightedness, it is harder to correct larger amounts of farsightedness.  The key is to understand the full amount of farsightedness after dilation.  Many people your age may be able to compensate for some of their farsightedness (hyperopia) by focusing.  After dilation, it may be possible that your prescription may be a +5.00 or higher.  In that case, you would be better served by wearing contact lenses.  The other factor is the curvature of the cornea.  There is a limit to how much increase in curvature that will be tolerated.  Yes, a +3.25 prescription can be successfully treated, but more information needs to be understood.  Farsighted treatments work very differently than those with nearsighted prescriptions.

Suitability for Lasik depends on many factors apart from age and spectacle numbers.

Since you are above 18, you definitely satisfy the age criterion. However, your eyes need to be checked by a Lasik surgeon to know whether your corneal thickness, corneal surface etc. are suitable. 

If you are not suitable for conventional Lasik, there are other types of Lasik that may be advised by your doctor eg. PRK or the newer ReLEx SMILE.

Though success rates tend to be higher for lower numbers, now thanks to newer customised, precise technologies like ReLEx FemtoLasik, results are better even for higher powers.

Conventional Lasik can have the following side effects:

• Under or Over correction or Astigmatism
• Vision Disturbances like halos, glares, double vision or reduced night vision.
• Dry eyes
• Flap displacement

• Infection 

Also since ReLEx is a bladeless, flapless Lasik,  the chances of these side effects (dry eyes etc.) are highly reduced or eliminated (flap displacement).
