Question

My main focus is tightening. If it happens to remove a little fat that would good to. I want to know what works best so hard with all of this information out there to determine the best machine/solution to use. Thanks.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Celllutone/Zwave. However for best results, an arm lifting procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Thank you for your question and posting your photos. The two best treatments for improving skin laxity in the arms and legs are BodyTite by InMode and Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) by Bovie. Each of these energy based devices focus on tightening the supportive tissue beneath the skin as well as the formation of new collagen. I would definitely recommend the Thermage laser for the skin on your body, especially the arms and th legs.
