Can I use Kybella or fat dissolver if I have breast implants?

Do use of Kybella it’s not recommended for areas but it is not FDA approved for it. Most plastic surgeons don’t use the product and it is generally only used by those who don’t have them training to perform better treatments for fat removal. Liposuction is the gold standard and it’s a far superior treatment option for the removal of undesirable subcutaneous fat injecting this medication can leave you with deformities and contour irregularities. The treatment is inherently unpredictable.
I suggest having a few inperson consultations with local, board-certified plastic surgeons at which time you can describe your concerns, get an accurate assessment, and get a better understanding of realistic treatment options.
