I’ve had 2 rounds of kybella over a year ago, along with additional weight loss over the past year. I am left with this. I am able to squeeze it like there is fat there but I’m nervous skin laxity will be worse if I do another round. However a neck lift is not in my budget. Is it worth trying one more round of kybella to get rid of what’s left??
Answer: Kybella Hi NicoleYou will probably benefit from skin tightening at this point. Ultherapy or RF microneedling are good options.

Answer: Kybella Dear Thatgirl_MA, Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella. Answer: Kybella for Chin Fat Reduction - add Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis vs. VASER Hi-Def Neck Liposuction w/ InMode FaceTite/AccuTite "It takes a series of treatments to get good results with Kybella. Keep in mind, Kybella is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. I recommend a combination approach with Thermage, Ultherapy, and Exilis. InMode FaceTite / AccuTite with VASER Neck Liposuction is the best option for contouring and tightening the chin, neck, and jawline area. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Well another round of Kybella fix this? Your side profile photograph demonstrates a recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can improve. You also have extensive fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. This is going to require a neck lift procedure. This involves liposuction of the fat deposit above the muscle and surgical extraction of the significant fat deposits below the muscle which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
