I’ve had 2 rounds of kybella over a year ago, along with additional weight loss over the past year. I am left with this. I am able to squeeze it like there is fat there but I’m nervous skin laxity will be worse if I do another round. However a neck lift is not in my budget. Is it worth trying one more round of kybella to get rid of what’s left??

You also have extensive fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. This is going to require a neck lift procedure. This involves liposuction of the fat deposit above the muscle and surgical extraction of the significant fat deposits below the muscle which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
