Dr Fasano was my surgeon for Vaser Liposuction on my upper and lower abdomen in November last year. 8 weeks on, the results have exceeded all expectation, thanks to the skill and care of Dr Fasano. Amazing Results from Vaser Lipo
Dr Leo performed vaser lipo under my chin, removed over 200ml of fat and reshaped my jaw line. The whole procedure took less than 1 hour, was pain free and the results are amazing. I would truly recommend Dr Leo to anyone wishing to correct something they are not happy with.

Had vaser on inner thighs and flanks last September 2019. Absolute gentleman. Really tentative to detail.. returned to him 27th october this year for upper lower and arm vaser.. same exact reatment. Very calming supportive and listens to detail.. post surgery he waits around in surgery until the last patient leaves to ensure they are well enough for discharge. Worth every bit of discomfort... not pain as that is minimal... rest those.little hands until we me meet again xxx

Outstanding Service and Care!
Wow!! What can I say..... This guy is just superb! Dr Leo looked after me 29/11/20 with having vaser Lipo and renuvion at his clinic within Kat&Co in Edgbaston Birmingham. His attention to detail is just outstanding and he certainly knows his stuff. I’m still swollen, sore and bruised (6 days post op) but already I can see the miracles he has worked for me. Cannot wait to see results when fully healed. 100% recommended . Thank you Dr Leo
Would Definitely Recommend!
Such a lovely doctor, makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole procedure. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing to make you look the best you can with all the latest techniques. Goes above and beyond what you’d expect from someone in his position with the demanding job he has, and even replies directly to your queries via watsapp! And ladies, it doesn’t hurt that he’s nice to look at either! :-)
