Really worried about my size 410 cc (Photos)

Question

I am 4 days post op which knunderstandnis very early on in the recovery period. I had B cup breasts before (photo included) and I had 410 cc unders 4 days ago. Yes I can see they are bigger and I'm in a D cup post op bra but they really don't feel big at all when I have clothes on. I am worried what about when the swelling goes down if they will get smaller? I expected large round boobs, my surgeon said I had the latgest size extra projection implant available for my measurements (what is this?)

Thanks for sharing your question with us. First of all be patient is really early to talk about results. You need to wait until the swelling and inflammation goes down. Take your pills for pain and maintain good communication with your surgeon. Kind regards

Thank you fro your question and photos.  Give yourself time to soften and settle in.  Based off your pre-post op photos I think you have gotten a very nice result.  Remember too, that after the initial healing period you can also wear a padded push up bra for an extra sexy look.  Best Wishes!

Please try to relax. Understand that the implants are being compressed by the overlying tisue and muscle which flattens the implants down. As your tissues relax and the implants drop below the nipple areola you will look bigger and fuller with more projection. You had a nice amount of breast tissue pre op and 410 High Profile are quite large-you will be very full.
