I have a girls spa day 4 days before my Ultherapy treatment. Can I do microdermabrasion before Ultherapy?

Ultherapy and Microdermabrasion can be done on the same day there is no reason you need to wait.
Options include for skin tightening :
thermage radiofrequency
ultherapy high intensity ultrasound

There shouldn't be any issue with you having both treatments, although it's possible you might still be mildly pink. The mechanism of action of both procedures is very different.
