Hello and thank you for the question. This is likely from a spitting suture as your surgeon has suggested. I would keep the area clean and avoid any strenuous activity/lifting, smoking (if you are a smoker), underwire bras or anything that places excess tension on the incision. so if you were closed in layers, then it certainly could be a spitting suture.  And this should get better with what you are doing.  If this is more concerning and your implant is exposed through that hole, you are looking at a more grave outcome where your implant will have to be removed.  I hope your surgeon closed your tissue in layers and this quickly heals.
