Canadian travelling to USA for plastic surgery - what options are there for health insurance if complications arise?

Hello, I am a Canadian travelling to the United States for a Lip Lift, wondering what are my options for health coverage in the event ethhtat a complication occurs and I need medical care post-surgery? Worried about getting stuck with large costs from a hospital, do most people just pay out of pocket if this happens? What are usual costs associated with this? Seems risky... Thanks!

Hi, 1 month is too early for a revision. I would wait at least 3 months as by then most of the healing and remodelling would have occurred
