I had my tummy tuck on February 2012 and after a year I had a hematoma on my abdominal right lower muscle and it happened to me this year too at the same location, but this time it hurts, does it need to be drained after 2 years? How much it can affect internal organs?

I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon to examine your abdomen.  A recurrent hematoma 2 years after surgery would be rare.  Small hematomas will resolve on their own.  Sometimes if they are large enough they need to be drained either in the office or in the operating room.  Hematomas usually develop outside of the tissue that separates your skin and fat from the internal organs so your internal organs should be fine.  However, you should get this checked out to make sure the bleeding has stopped.
