Although impossible to be sure with just a picture, it appears that the reason you have the diastasis and protuberant abdomen is that you have a significant collection of fat around your gut. Repair of a large diastasis during abdominoplasty is an easy and safe procedure on someone who has minimal intraabdominal fat. In you, however, i would not recommend a tummy tuck until you lose the intraabdominal fat and can lay flat without any prominance of the abdomen.
