Can my Diverification of the abdominal rectus and other abdominal muscles be repaired during a tummy tuck operation?

January 13, 2014

I am a 50 year old man who has over the last ten years, asked what was causing my abdomen to split where I can feel and see it.I know that I have a hernia I'm told is difficult to repair and a large Diverification of my abdominus rectus muscles which seem to be spreading further apart. I am including a photo of my stomach , abdomen and distended abdomen . I am praying that this large amount of adipose tissue has increased over the years, the hernia seems larger and I want my flat stomach back. Can my Diverification of the abdominal rectus and other abdominal muscles be repaired during a tummy tuck operation?
