I have small, round, low profile, textured silicone implants placed in dual plane. I am thin with very little native breast tissue. I am about 2 months post op and have significant rippling, mostly in my upper cleavage area. The amount of rippling also seems to be increasing. What would you suggest? I am guessing you will tell me that the solution is to consider revision with Strattice/Alloderm/etc and smooth silicone implants 6-12 months post op?
