I have heavy sagging double DD's at the moment and have been recommended to have Breast Lift with some amount of lower pole breast tissue reduction and implants. I am so scared i am not going to be happy with the end result and have no idea what to expect. I don't want them to be pointy and i don't want them to look like watermelons on the side! :( I am wanting to achieve a perky but natural breast, am I asking to much ? I have attached some photos of myself and of my desired hopefully possible result.
