There are likely many herbal cures for disease.  With moles, surgical excision with pathologic examination to rule out atypia or skin cancer is warranted in most cases.

The only way for a mole to be removed is by doing a complete surgical excision of the mole.  This will involving sutures.

No, this is not true. I have a patient who tried cider vinegar on a mole after reading that would work online. She has a big, infected abscess in the spot she tried to remove it, and is going to end up with a hefty scar. The only way to remove a mole is to have a licensed physician do it for you with a shave biopsy or excision. Home remedies don't work and are scary dangerous. Visit a dermatologist, period.
