I've Heard Castor Oil Works to Remove Moles After About 5 Months. Is This True?

There is no known reason one develops cherry angiomas, but fortunately they are completely benign.  Most cherry angiomas look like tiny blood vessels underneath the skin.   I use the pulsed dye laser to treat the cherry angiomas on the face and body. 

We recommend using bacitracin for the first 2-3 days and then transition to vaseline for another 2 days and then use a lotion with spf.  You can wear a bandage if need be for the first week off and on, but try not to wear the bandage for too long. 

In order to remove the mole completely, this would require a complete surgical excision, leaving behind a scar that will eventually fade over time.  

The nose growth will need surgical excision and biopsy. It is important to have a pathologist examine the specimen under the microscope.  Surgical excision would be an excellent modality. 

It is a good method for certain moles.  it depends on where the mole is and how big an area of tissue is removed.  It is very subjective as to which moles are best removed with a scoop excision, shave excision or complete excision and closure.  A plastic surgeon should be able to...

I would highly recommend that you see a board certified facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation and possible treatment.  An option may be to completely surgically excise the mole, however you will be trading it in for a scar.
