I have a wart/mole (Im not sure what it is really) on my nose. In school (7,8 years ago) I thought it might be a blood clot or something and tried to puncture and peel it off with a needle/blade. I really wasn't aware of the consequences. It has now raised and got bigger with time. I live in Libya and there are not much dermatologist and skin experts here. Its getting really embarrassing for me and I try to avoid people because of it. Please tell me what are my options. Best Wishes.
