Wart/Mole (Not Sure) on Nose? (photo)

I would recommend a shave excision for this lesion on your nose.  The area will result in a flat red area over the first week and then transition to pink and will eventually result in minimal scarring.

The nose growth will need surgical excision and biopsy. It is important to have a pathologist examine the specimen under the microscope.  Surgical excision would be an excellent modality. 

I would say the growth on your nose appears to be a mole rather than a wart.  The only way to remove it would be to do so surgically.  This could be done with a relatively minor procedure that would shave off the growth.  Unfortunately, I cannot give you advice on how to find a physician in Libya who could perform such a procedure.  

Based on the appearance of the growth in the picture, it appears to most likely be a nevus (mole). In my opinion, the best way to remove it would be a "shave excision" where the mole is actually "shaved off" at a level just below the surface of the skin. This is a simple procedure that takes only a few minutes and typically results in minimal scarring.
