I am an adult male patient who has two accessory nipples that are symmetrical on both sides of my body about 6-8 inches below my actual nipple. Is it possible to have these removed easily? There doesn’t appear to be any breast tissue below the nipples, but I could be wrong. How much would a procedure like this cost? Thanks!

You may find your nipples actually protrude more after the enlargement. If they are not large enough, fat can be injected, but you may lose sensation and may not be able to breast feed.
If insurance covered your breast reduction, it might possibly cover the nipple reconstruction. Your surgeon can submit for prior approval from your insurance company to see. If your reduction was done without insurance coverage, then probably it will not be covered.
