I want to improve my facial features. I want a better jawline and get rid of the extra fat around my chin. I would like a permanent option. Thinking chin liposuction around the area to improve.

In some cases, liposuction alone works beautifully, but if there’s loose or sagging skin, combining liposuction with skin tightening or a small neck lift can give a smoother, more balanced result.

As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. For tissue tightening, Ultherapy is ideal for the lower face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Morpheus8 to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity.

Your photos are somewhat limited, however, your oblique photos appear to show excessive subcutaneous fat on the chin. If that is the case, Necklipo suction would be a reasonable option for improving your jawline and for reducing your double chin. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

You have several issues as the result of your genetics and probably bouncing on your weight: Large and protruding submandibular glands, large and bulging digastric muscle and thick sub-platysmal fat and non of the above will improve, actually the opposite, after just liposuction of the neck. 
You are indeed candidate for Deep plane neck lift to trim the glands, trim the belly of the muscle and trim the under the muscle fat, plus muscle corset to tighten all. 
“Non” invasive treatments as: Morpheus, threads, solo liposuction will ruin the possibility of a great outcome surgery.

Choosing the correct procedure should be based on having a clear understanding of what the primary ideology or diagnosis is.
Individuals were prone to developing a double chin tent to have a facial, skeletal imbalance with mandible that is small or lacking and projection, in comparison to the maxilla.
 When the mandible is small, it doesn’t give the lower 1/3 of their face or neck as sufficient foundation. This causes a double chin, loss of jawline definition and premature jowls. 
You don’t have an abnormal fat distribution.
Liposuction, one done by somebody who is good at Liposuction can give significant improvements.
It’s important to recognize that any procedure that doesn’t treat. The underlying primary problem is only going to give partial improvements.
There is a substantial difference among plastic surgeons in regards to quality outcome.
The same is also true regarding the ability to make an accurate assessment.
 You’ll probably get different opinions from different providers.
That’s often the case when there isn’t one single best approach.
Growing a bigger mandible seems to be difficult.

Facial aesthetics is primarily determined by bone structure not by soft tissue coverage.
Soft tissue coverage tends to be fairly consistent from person to person.
Wood gives each person. Their unique facial appearance tend to be more related to bone structure.
Manipulating facial, skeletal structure is complex and to get an insight into surgical approaches that treat the primary problem. You may want to consider consulting with oral surgeons.
Most people are put off by what’s involved With this type of surgery and instead look for a softer gentler approach.
Again, recognize that surgical solutions that do not treat the primary problems will inherently be limited.
There are a number of variables that determine the impact that Liposuction can have.
Generally speaking, the best candidates are young individuals who have thick layers so fat to work with.
