Hi everyone! I'm very interested in getting chin/ neck lipo. I've included some photos to try to help determine if this would be the best possible procedure to achieve a more defined jaw line and slimmer neck. While I do understand I would benefit from weight loss and am in the process of it, 3 years ago I was 55 lbs lighter. I still felt as tho I had the same issue, obviously not as baldy, but I still found myself insecure and very unsatisfied with this area even when I was 150 lbs.

The limited photographs demonstrate fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. A neck lift procedure, accomplishes removal of the fat deposits above the muscle also with liposuction, and surgical extraction of the fat deposits below the muscle, which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.  Liposuction alone will not be very effective. Before entertaining any surgical procedures in the neck, your BMI should be 32 or less for best results.
