I want to ask does smiling during the healing process after doing fractional co2 laser will make wrinkles around the mouth area worst or no progress of improving at all?

there is no reason smiling, talking or moving would influence the results of co2 laser.  What does is the physician performing the procedure and the use of PRP immediatley post treatment and sculptra before.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi.  The removal of tissue with CO2 is essentially instantaneous, and the long-term effect on new collagen formation takes months.  The movement of the muscles and overlying skin after your procedure (i.e. smiling, chewing) will have no impact on your long-term results.  Hope that helped.
