The buff and polish is just a catch phrase to describe utilizing the laser to perform different functions in one treatment by altering what each pass of the laser is targeting. "Buffing" out the wrinkles then "polishing" away the pigmentation.Don't get hung up on catch phrases, as a matter of fact I'd view them as a red flag and steer clear - someone who is highly trained and knows what they're doing doesn't need gimmicks.
