Question

300cc Over the muscel. 22 days post op. Big difference in size! Will they even out? Have one of them dropped and fluffed! Is one still swollen.. bah! I don't like that they are so different. I was pretty symmetrical before. scared.. :/

You are still very early in the postop period, and it is not uncommon to experience some asymmetry at this point due to swelling, and possible preop asymmetry.  It usually takes about 3 to 6 months for the swelling to subside and the implants to settle into place.  Please let your surgeon know of your concerns and give yourself some time to heal.

Yes, they will get better with time. Early asymmetry due to swelling and recent surgery is totally common. Please address your concerns with your plastic surgeon, but over all I think you look great. Breasts will never be an exact match so you should be mentally and emotionally ready for  them to look slightly different. Best wishes,

Thank you for your question. You are still early in the post-operative period. It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

Thank you for the photo's .  It is still early in post op recovery, give it a couple months .  You most likely had the asymmetry prior to surgery and when breasts are enlarged it may appear to be more obvious.

They are slightly different, but because you are focusing and hyper-critical the difference seems huge. They never descend at the same time or the same rate.
