I hate my Chin. What treatment would you recommend? (photos)

Hello Mario. Chin augmentation, or chin implant placement, would greatly improve your facial structure. Adding volume to your chin creates balance and length, which creates a strong jawline. You can have the procedure done under local anesthesia, so it's relatively quick (30-45 minutes). It will be sore for about a week, with moderate swelling and bruising. Dear Mario Based on this picture, once you are done with your dental work, you are a good candidate for a chin implant. Find an experienced surgeon who is well trained and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (or equivalent in Germany)

Based on your photo, you do appear to be a good candidate for chin augmentation.  The procedure would give you a stronger chin and help balance your face. 

You have a weak chin which is both horizontally and somewhat vertically deficient. Chin augmentation would be very beneficial and the decision would come down to either am implant or a sliding genioplasty. The other jawline issue ti consider with chin augmentation is that of the jawline behind it. With a more prominent chin the jawline behind may look weak and not fit the new chin. Consideration also need to look in men jaw angle augmentation with the chin. This need can not be assessed from a side view profile.

Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes, are composed of Silastic, or inserted through a sub mental approach, under local anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. Look for a surgeon who was performed  many  chin implants for best results.
