I hate my BBL and want to know if it's possible to reduce the size?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If you want us to make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure you will need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask the surgeon who did your procedure to forward the ones they took.

I also recommend you follow up with your provider to talk to him or her about the outcome of your procedure. Your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of the procedure and that is who you should speak to about doing revision work.

Fat can be removed through Liposuction though Liposuction cannot differentiate between grafted fat and native fat present before your bbl.
