I had novalift last Dec- he recommended a cheek/eye lift (which was almost a relief to have my concerns validated). I did the novalift, because I needed to think. I went in for filler, with someone local, and the y lift was recommended. I'm finishing up dental implants, and I wish to wait until next year for the real lifts. I could really use a sounding board for solid tx recommendations. The photos are over the last 3 yrs.

Answer: Considering Y lift Hi and thanks for your questions and photos. You have a very youthful appearance but are developing very early skin laxity. Fillers are a great temporary solution that can add volume back to the midface (cheeks and under eye region) that can give the face the illusion of being lifted. I generally caution women against placing too much filler in the lower third of the face (i.e. along the jawline) because this tends to create a broad, masculine appearance that most women do not want. If you're seeking something more definitive, I'd suggest considering a mini-lift. This is a surgical procedure that is tailored to address the excess skin laxity and at the same time can rejuvenate the cheeks, nasolabial folds and jawline. Temporary solutions like fillers, fat and skin tightening are OK in the short term but will fall short of being able to deliver a really durable natural result. I'd suggest scheduling a consultation with a surgeon who specializes in facial rejuvenation. Best of luck!

Answer: Liquid Facelift with Y Lift Thanks for sharing the photos. There are many options for nonsurgical facelift, especially if you do not want surgery. Its better to let your face settle before doing more. Often times, many patients will select a procedure then select a doctor just because it was listed on the website. Y Lift is an amazing procedure, but you have to select a trained and certified Plastic Surgeon. Y Lift when performed properly cannot be overdone. Many patients are very happy with their lasting results. Make sure to research the doctor. Always select a board certified Plastic Surgeon who is trained and certified. Good luck
