I want to achieve more of a "V" or heart shaped face but I don't know how the best way to achieve this would be. I am in my late 20s and I have a long narrow face that I feel lacks dimension particularly in the cheek area. I also feel that the lower part of my face around the jawline is starting to look heavier and more square. Fillers? Surgery? Please give me your suggestions.

Answer: Aesthetic Facial Balancing for a Non-Invasive Mini Face Lift for a Refreshed and Rejuvenated Appearance Hello, and thank you for your question! I believe that you would be a great candidate for a procedure that I call Aesthetic Facial Balancing. A large part of my practice is using this procedure. What this means is evaluating a patients face and bringing the features into harmony by making adjustments with either hyaluronic acid or fat. The most important component of a fillers treatment is the practitioner administering it. I take filler and balance all features in your face from top to bottom to make them work together to 'unlock' your beauty. This procedure is not just a filler intervention augmenting the cheeks and lips, but as in overall, non surgical way to shape the face in a different way to create natural appearing results. I hope this helps! Wishing you beautiful results,Dr. Rian Maercks M.D.

Answer: Adding facial volume to give additional dimension to the face Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. You appear to be an excellent candidate for some mid-face volume. This will make your face less "flat" and more "three-dimensional". The most popular dermal fillers to achieve the desired results are voluma and vollure. Both are HA fillers with a long history of safety and effectiveness. Best of luck.

Answer: Hear shape face You are right, as we age we lose volume in the middle third of our face. The best and easy way to revert those changes is by adding volume deep in your cheeks this will transform your face into a more youthful self. Voluma, Lyft, and Sculptra are great filler to address this issue. Having a 3D evaluation of your face with Vectra H1 will help design those changes even better. Best, Dr. RG
