I have a long narrow face that's starting to become more bottom heavy and lacks dimension. What do you suggest? Fillers? (photo)

I want to achieve more of a "V" or heart shaped face but I don't know how the best way to achieve this would be. I am in my late 20s and I have a long narrow face that I feel lacks dimension particularly in the cheek area. I also feel that the lower part of my face around the jawline is starting to look heavier and more square. Fillers? Surgery? Please give me your suggestions.
