Filler after buccal fat / jaw lipo? How soon? 2 or 3 weeks OK?

Question

2 weeks post neck Lipo with a little buccal fat reduction...the combination of both looks strange. I now have an uneven jaw/ chin line as the buccal as contoured too sharply my face/ profile. I can identify the "gaps " that would need some sort of filling to even out my profile (streamline my chin to Jawline) so I was wondering if I can get filler or is a partial liquid facelift? there is swelling still and a better option is fat transfer, however, back in work in 10 days:( so 2or 3 weeks ok ?

It is too soon to determine your final results so I would recommend waiting before receiving fillers. I recommend returning to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. In some cases additional contouring is needed and/or Kybella injections can be performed to provide a more even contour.

Swelling is uneven the 1st couple of months after neck lipo so it is better to wait 2-3 months before adding any filler otherwise it will get distorted too much.
