Nose Makes Strange Clicking Noise when I Eat, Is This Normal?

EmmaEmma
I had surgery Aug/10/12 so it's been over a year My doctor told me my healing could take up to 2 years , I have pretty thick skin and my nose area produces quite a bit more oil then most women's do, Here's what's happening , the left side of my nose has healed the least (it's smaller on the right compared to the left side) anyway when I eat after I wake up my nose clicks and it's painful . When I chew with the right side of my nose it's not a issue .
