Initial surgery done 1 year ago. Revision done six months after initial surgery. First surgery incisions within the eyelid. Second surgery to fill in the outer lower corners and pinch the skin to reduce wrinkles. Incisions done on the outside of eyelid. Concern, the left eye has a bulge underneath and it appears and feels raised. I do not understand what occurred. I am concerned at the two different eye shapes. Please provide guidance on what occurred as well as a plan going forward.
